1. Scope

These terms cover the Site only. Our products (such as Pagemo, ItsMyWins, Kids Bingo Charts, Tamil Soundtrack, and Troth List) each have their own terms of service, which govern your use of that product. Services we build for clients are covered by a separate written agreement.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully. You must not:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, or send automated traffic that burdens it;
• send us unlawful, harassing, or malicious messages.

The Site's design, text, graphics, logos, and code are owned by Singar Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share its links, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without our written permission. Names and logos of third parties belong to their respective owners.

4. Messages You Send Us

If you send us an idea, feedback, or a project description, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and, for general feedback, to improve our products. We treat project details you share as confidential and don't disclose them, except to service providers who help us handle your message or if the law requires it. We don't take on any further confidentiality obligation unless we agree to one in writing.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to other websites, including our products' own sites. We don't control other sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Descriptions of our products and services on the Site are for information only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Singar Labs LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US$100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

We may change the Site or these terms at any time and will update the effective date when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NJ, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NJ, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
